Flour-less Banana Pancakes!
No flour? What?! Yes everyone, you can make pancakes without any flour, so healthy and so delicious.
There is barely any calories, so no guilt!
Let's get started!
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
- Beat both eggs into a bowl.
- Add the mashed bananas and cinnamon powder.
- Whisk them together.
- Add coconut oil and fry them up in a small pan.
- When pancakes are done, you can add coconut flakes and strawberries for decoration.
